Shipping Policy

Free shipping with a purchase over € 30 * for site customers

* the free shipping threshold is inclusive of VAT and net of shipping and / or cash on delivery costs

The delivery of the products will be made by courier and the times will vary according to the destination, the moment in which the order will be acquired and the availability of the product itself. 

On working days, from Monday to Friday, the available goods will be entrusted to the courier according to the following times:

order by bank transfer: shipping within 24 hours following receipt of payment;

order by credit / debit card and payment received before 12:00: shipping within 24 hours;

order by credit / debit card and payment received after 12:00: shipping within 48 hours;

cash on delivery order received before 12:00: shipping within 24 hours;

cash on delivery order received after 12:00: shipping within 48 hours.

Delivery will normally take place within the indicated times of 24/48 hours from shipment. Italia CBD is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen events beyond its responsibility.

Our system will calculate your shipping costs based on some parameters dictated by the national courier. You can check the cost of shipping at the end of completing your order by reading the summary under "Shipping".

Please carefully check the order summary and the costs listed in order not to run into problems of various kinds before sending your order and especially before payment.

Delivery times after shipment and any delays do not depend on Italia CBD which in any case undertakes to mediate and try to resolve any problems related to delivery with the courier. The Customer, by accepting our terms of use, exempts Italia CBD from any responsibility in this regard.
